| Job Details | DESCRIPTION: As a recruiter, you would be responsible for finding qualified readers to add to our network.  You will be provided with a website with an online application.  You’ll be responsible for interviewing and providing initial startup training to readers you place on the network. COMPENSATION: For the first 2,000 minutes of talk-time your readers are paid for their calls, you’ll earn a 5-cent per minute commission, for a total of $100 potential per reader hired.  There is no limit to the number of readers you can earn the commission on.  In addition, active Psychic Recruiters earn a 5-cent per minute bonus on all of the talk-time they produce on their own phone extension. PAY PERIODS: We pay on the 12th of every month for all commissions earned the previous month. Payments can be made by paper-check or direct deposit. All funds are paid in US$. REQUIREMENTS: You must be a skilled, compassionate, and dynamic psychic reader. Previous experience providing professional readings required. Previous experience working on psychic phone networks required.  Willingness to be an active reader on our network taking calls preferred.
