Why isn’t this free? When we decided to build HomeJobster, we had to decide how to pay the bills. Do we charge the advertisers, or do we charge the job seekers? Since the industry is still relatively small (less then 1% of all job openings are home-based) we decided it would be difficult to convince enough employers to pay-to-post their jobs. Instead, we knew that we could amass a much more comprehensive collection of fresh, legitimate jobs if we made the service available to any business, small or large.
